A Trauma-Informed Consultant understands the impact of trauma on individuals and systems. They apply core principles and values of Trauma-Informed Care while educating individuals, groups, and/or programs on how to support others who have been through trauma encouraging post-traumatic growth and resiliency.

I am here to help organizations, programs, and individuals understand, develop, and implement trauma-informed practices by providing knowledge, training, workshops, and resources to help you help yourself and others move from victim to survivor to thriver!

Recognize the signs and symptoms of trauma in others, integrate awareness of trauma triggers and how to support healing.
Provide education to individuals, groups, staff etc on a variety of topics and learning styles to increase knowledge on trauma and healing.
