Michelle is currently pursuing ICF Trauma-Informed Coaching certification
(completion: Summer 2026).

I support survivors with trauma-based disabilities in building autonomy, self-trust, and self-awareness, grounded in an understanding of pre-verbal trauma and attachment, while developing the stability and practical systems needed to navigate life, work, and relationships—so they can move from victim to survivor to thriver.
